中国临床研究受试者重要须知 (Important notice for research study participants in China)

因乔治全球健康研究院（澳大利亚）北京代表处（“代表处”）将于近期注销，为履行数据保管义务者，代表处拟在取得适当的数据跨境传输批准手续后，将下表所述的数据跨境传输至乔治全球健康研究院（The George Institute for Global Health）（“乔治全球”）。如您作为相关信息的个人信息主体，对前述数据跨境传输有任何反对意见的，请在2026年6月23日17:00之前或代表处完成注销手续之日前（以较早者为准）联络您参与的临床试验项目组。否则，视同您已单独同意前述数据跨境传输。

Due to the impending deregistration of The George Institute for Global Health (Australia) Beijing Representative Office (the "Representative Office"), and in order to fulfill its data retention obligations, the Representative Office intends to transfer the data described in the table below across borders to The George Institute for Global Health ("The George Institute"), upon obtaining the appropriate approvals for cross-border data transfer. If you, as a personal information subject related to the aforementioned information, objects to such cross-border data transfer, please contact the site where you participated in trials before 17:00 on June 23, 2026 or the date on which the Representative Office completes the deregistration procedures (whichever is earlier). Otherwise, you shall be deemed to have separately consented to the cross-border data transfer.

出境数据的处理方式Handling method代表处将存储在中国服务器上的数据以加密形式，通过公共互联网传输、出境给乔治全球，乔治全球下载后进行数据存储，并可能对脱敏的科研数据进行二次分析或引导新的科研设计。
The Representative Office will transfer the data stored on the server in China, encrypt it, and transfer it to The George Institute through the public Internet, and The George Institute will store the data after downloading it, and may conduct secondary analyses of the de-identified research data or guide new research designs.
