Rhoda Ndanuko is a Research Fellow at the Food Policy Division of The George Institute for Global Health and a Conjoint Lecturer at the University of New South Wales. She is also a Research Affiliate at the Charles Perkins Centre, University of Sydney.
Rhoda has an undergraduate degree in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics, a Masters degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a PhD in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong. Her research interests include examining the role of nutrients, foods and dietary patterns for chronic disease prevention. It includes using established databases to address key uncertainties to reduce salt consumption. In collaboration with the Charles Perkins Centre, University of Sydney, she explores how food composition, nutrition geometry and food environment interventions interact to improve population nutrition.
